The alliance between Edesur and the Better is Dar Civil Association helped fulfill the desire for progress of six entrepreneurs from Almirante Brown, who received machinery to grow their businesses.
The gadgets were delivered with microcredits, which the beneficiaries will pay in affordable installments and installments that will allow them to grow gradually and achieve a future perspective.
The beneficiaries are small entrepreneurs, with several years in their business, who needed support to evolve.
The voice of microentrepreneurs
Luis Javier Medina is the owner of the dairy farm Los Medina, where he produces cheese, matambre and fruit sweets. She received a microcredit to purchase a cold room, with which she increased her refrigeration and production capacity. Now you can have stock, without worrying about getting out of products fast.
“We had a vertical refrigerator, a family refrigerator and a freezer and the problem was that we could not have stock. We needed a chamber to be able to maintain and allow the cheeses and the slaughter to mature, and to produce more and more", he explained.
Like Luis Javier, Héctor Julio del Valle has a new team to increase his production. Before he made churros and balls, now he makes bread products, such as booklets, cremonas, puff pastry doughs and frola pasta. You don't have to get up that early and you have a bit more profit margin.
"Before I produced 20 dozen and now I am producing 30, that is, an increase of 50%. My mother and I live from this small undertaking, and our goal is to build a store until we have a chain, and sell everything I produce", said Héctor from Burzaco
Gustavo Rodríguez has had a blacksmith for 15 years in José Mármol, where he manufactures soccer goals for sports houses, tables and stools for furniture stores and different metallurgical elements.
"With this support I was able to buy one more pipe cutter, a welding machine and a bender, which made the work much faster and I was even able to take another boy to help me fulfill the orders in a timely manner", he mentioned.
It grew 50%, thanks to these three machines, which “are the soul of the workshop. This was like opening another parallel sector. I feel that this support was essential to grow in my workshop and to be able to increase productivity”.
Edesur and Better is Dar
The objective of the Better Civil Association is to identify the need for a small entrepreneur. "We are the nexus, the channel, and what we seek is to reduce the gap so that people who work and are aiming to grow can manage their entrepreneurship and self-manage", explained Alejandra Duba, president of Mejor es Dar.
Edesur's objective is to positively impact the lives of these PYMEs, and that those who are striving and want to grow with their work, can achieve it.
