Enel Argentina will present in the Foreign Ministry, the results of the Sustainability, Health and Resilience Project, an initiative to analyze the sanitary reality of those who inhabit Los Piletones neighborhood, Villa Soldati.
The Italian doctor Francesca Reale joined the Health Center of the neighborhood to make noninvasive checkups with advanced technology to detect chronic diseases.
"This project we intend to extend to other communities following our objective of creating shared value in the population where the company is present," remarked Maurizio Bezzeccheri, Head of Enel for South America and general manager of Enel Américas.
"Health is a state of balance between physical, psychological, environmental and social variables. With this test we can help understand the general state of a person, "explained Reale, who came from Italy especially to do this work, as part of the program Somos Salud in the Sustainability area of Enel Argentina.
"This is a great initiative and that is why we give Francesca our full support. Basically, this is promoting health and understanding why we get sick, "said Dr. Facundo Correa, director of Angela Palmisano Health Center, in Los Piletones.
"The private company has to help in the needs of the populations where it works", closed Bezzeccheri.
The study, which will be released on Monday, revealed the need for a nutritional and paradigm change in the Los Piletones neighborhood and proposes a series of concrete improvements to change the health conditions of the neighbors.
